Construction is wrapping up at One Main Street Condominiums at 10000 Main St. in Old Bellevue. The project sales team, Matrix Real Estate, is hosting an open house for brokers from 4 to 7 p.m. today.
The public grand opening is March 27.
Construction cost of the 10-story, 57-unit building is $29.8 million, according to the developer, Turning Point Realty Advisors LLC.
Units range in size from open one-bedrooms at 555 square feet to a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath unit at 2,254 square feet. Prices range from $349,900 to nearly $1.65 million.
The average size is 1,012 square feet, and the average price is $594,800.
The project team says many units have views of Meydenbauer Bay, the Bellevue's skyline and Mount Rainier.
One Main has decks and patios, central air conditioning, Lagotek wireless home automation, custom-engineered SieMatic cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms, and spa master bathrooms with radiant floor heat, heated towel rails, limestone counter tops, large showers and soaking tubs.
