Sign of the Times: SOLD OUT

Sign of the times? Today we got a request to change two of our communities to "Sold Out" here on the Matrix website. While Maplewood and Waldenwood were both smaller communities, they have both been on the market for a few months and just completely sold out.

Other communities like One Main Street in Downtown Bellevue, Hjarta in Ballard and Marselle in Downtown Seattle are nearly there too. Less than a handful of new homes remain at each.

The moral of this story? In case you missed the headlines, new homes are selling fast. New condos are selling faster and no more are slated to be built any time soon (with one possible exception, new towers by Bosa slated for Downtown Seattle).

So if it's a new home you are looking for, be prepared to act fast when you find it!
