Kirkland’s Rose Hill real estate market is hot for new, clean, contemporary design. The team toured the competition inside and out to prepare, then we helped direct the level of design and specifications. When touring, we noticed many local builders modify their exteriors to the new modern style, but the interiors are the same transitional interiors they put in a more traditional home. We perceived that disconnect, so for our homes in Kirkland, the RM Homes team created a completely new interior design package befitting the exteriors.

We had planned to sell from a model home, but these homes pre-sold so quickly that we didn’t install the model.
