New community of single-family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

Larimore has 23 new homes off Filbert Road in Bothell. Square footages range from 1,719 to 2,518 sq. ft. Great location is convenient to 405 and I-5, and is located in the sought-after Northshore School District.

This community presold without a dedicated model home. We were able to tour potential buyers through nearby model homes by the same builder, and we conducted all the sales using color boards, floorplans and framed homes.

Matrix assisted with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification review. We managed the sales strategy, listings, sales, and marketing including signage, online marketing and listings.
