Le Chateau – mid-rise condominium conversion in Bellevue, WA.

Le Chateau is a 105-home condominium conversion by Continental Bentall.

The Matrix team began work on the project in 2003, managing sales and executing the local marketing plan. Our team also consulted on the process and legal document requirements for the conversion.

As this was a high-end apartment complex, our information about rental rates showed that many of the renters would likely qualify to purchase their apartment if they so desired. Our first strategy was to convert as many of the renters to buyers as possible. Secondarily, we helped devise the flow of tenant notices and apartment-to-condominium renovations required to bring the homes to the market.

All homes sold and closed within an 18 month period.
