This new community of 18 homes in Lynnwood is by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

These homes sold out prior to the first home completion with the community sales manager utilizing a nearby model home by the same builder.

Matrix consulted on land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, and interior and exterior specification. We managed the sales strategy, pricing, listings, sales, and marketing including signage, online marketing, listings and broker outreach.
