The Outlook – resort condos in Ocean Shores, WA.

The Outlook is a 36-home condominium building at the Washington Coast’s newest planned development, Oyhut Bay. These condos were the only completed part of a past development that failed in the last downturn. The building was mostly completed, then, aside from a handful of homeowners, sat vacant until a new development team took possession of the property, including the unsold condos.

The goal for the condos was to keep costs down and sell them quickly as we were building cottages to use as capital for the project. Luckily, most of the condos were complete and had been kept in good shape. The team completed finishing details for the homes that required it, repainted the building, and installed new landscaping and signage.

The Matrix team sold most of the condos out of a model home and simple sales office in the building. Once the larger Oyhut Bay sales office was complete, we sold the final homes from the welcome center. All homes were sold quickly, within just over a year.
