Trace – new condos in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.

In 2010, in the midst of the economic downturn, the Matrix team was brought on by GTS Development to sell Trace North, a new 100-home condominium development in Capitol Hill’s Pike/Pine neighborhood.

The Matrix team consulted on sales and release strategy, pricing and model home targeting. To market the homes in a tough environment, we managed online listings carefully and used the retail storefront windows as billboards to attract attention on busy 12th Ave.

Working closely with the developer, interior staging firms and marketing firm Red Propeller, the Matrix team successfully sold out the condominium building in 2011.
