Matrix is consulting on the initial pricing for land acquisition, lot fits/plan selections, interior and exterior specifications and model home siting. Matrix is managing the marketing for Shadow Creek including signage, website, photos and social media. Matrix hired and managed the onsite sales team, cultivated leads, and followed through on the deals from offer through closing.
