Torgerson & Associates founded
1995: Faye Torgerson started Torgerson & Associates, the condominium marketing division of Seattle-area real estate brokerage Coldwell Banker Bain.
Mike Miller joins Torgerson & Associates
1995:
Kim Sharpe Jones joins the team
2000: Mike Miller hires Kim Sharpe (now Jones) as the Marketing Manager.
Torgerson & Associates becomes Miller Torgerson & Associates
2001: Mike Miller joins Faye Torgerson as a company partner in Torgerson & Associates to form Miller Torgerson & Associates.
Chaun Mackey joins the team
2002: Chaun Mackey joins the Miller Torgerson & Associates team.
Torgerson & Associates becomes Miller Condominium Marketing
2003: Mike Miller assumes sole ownership of Miller Torgerson & Associates, forming Miller Condominium Marketing.
Miller Condominium Marketing forms independent brokerage
2005: Mike Miller departs Coldwell Banker Bain to form a stand-alone brokerage. Reflecting our service of an expanding new home marketplace,

2010: Mike Miller and Chaun Mackey partner with Leslie Williams, owner of Williams Marketing, to form Matrix Real Estate.
Matrix Real Estate partnership change
2013: Mike Miller and Chaun Mackey assume dual partnership of Matrix Real Estate.
Matrix ownership change
August 2022: after the untimely passing of company owner Chaun Mackey, Mike Miller assumes sole ownership of Matrix Real Estate.
