Vice President of MarketingWith nearly 30 years experience in advertising and marketing, Kim Sharpe Jones brings innovation and practicality to new home real estate marketing. She has a knack for seeing the big picture and creating solutions that go beyond ordinary marketing.
Kim’s career started at The Seattle Times, where she spent 10 years in a variety of advertising and marketing roles. Mike Miller brought her on board in 2000. Since then she has been singularly dedicated to new home marketing.
Kim is always looking for what’s next in marketing, seeking the most efficient and cost-effective ways to drive results. Working with sellers and a carefully cultivated marketing vendor list, Kim crafts and implements budget-conscious, traffic-driving solutions using the latest social media and online marketing techniques.
Actively involved in giving back to the community, Kim and her husband independently produce several annual charity events and have raised over $100,000 for local organizations. An avid outdoorswoman, Kim has a passion for the Northwest, hiking, fitness, travel, reading, Washington beer and cooking.
Kim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
