Kim Sharpe Jones

Marketing Director

With 30+ years experience in advertising and marketing, Kim Sharpe Jones brings innovation and practicality to new home real estate marketing. She has a knack for seeing the big picture and creating solutions that go beyond ordinary marketing.

Kim’s career started at The Seattle Times, where she spent 10 years in a variety of advertising and marketing roles. Mike Miller brought her on board in 2000. Since then she has been singularly dedicated to new home marketing.

Kim is always looking for what’s next in marketing, seeking the most efficient and cost-effective ways to drive results. Her budget-conscious, traffic-driving solutions use the latest online marketing combined with tried-and-true marketing. The goal is always to drive qualified buyer traffic to our model homes and new home sales centers, and give our sales managers the tools they need to close the deal.

Actively involved in giving back to the community, Kim and her husband independently produce several annual charity events and have raised over $100,000 for local organizations. An avid outdoorswoman, Kim has a passion for the Northwest, hiking, fitness, travel, reading, Washington beer and cooking.

Kim is a licensed real estate broker and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
