Salish Woods is an 11-home enclave of single family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes. Located in Redmond, WA, this community has excellent proximity to town, shopping and access to 520 and Microsoft.

The first homes were ready to move in spring 2022. Matrix used online and in-person tools to sell the homes. As the homes were nearing completion, the market started to shift into the slower market of late 2022. We shifted strategy, and working as a team, moved models as the homes were complete, employing high quality photos and video and onsite showings to complete the sell-out.

Matrix consulted on land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, interior and exterior specification review, sales strategy, comps and pricing, listings, sales, online marketing and signage.
