Summerland – a new single family community in Bothell, WA.

A community of 37 new single family homes by local, Puyallup-based homebuilder RM Homes.

Matrix is assisting with land acquisition analysis, site planning and lot fits, interior and exterior specification review, sales strategy, listings, sales, online marketing, sales office and signage.

Pre-sales started prior to completion of the garage sales office with two full furnished models.

The grand opening featured a local food truck, kids entertainment and model home tours, and was attended by over 100 people. Summerland sold out in just nine months.
