Shadow Creek is a new 8-lot cul-de-sac community in Covington, WA. Homes will range from 2,697 to 3,070 sq.ft. and will be priced starting around $1M.
Matrix is consulting on the initial pricing for land acquisition, lot fits/plan selections, interior and exterior specifications and model home siting. Matrix is managing the marketing for Shadow Creek including signage, website, photos and social media. At launch, Matrix will hire and manage the onsite sales team, cultivate leads, and handle the deals from offer through closing.
Now under construction by local homebuilder, RM Homes, Shadow Creek will be ready for move-in starting late 2025.
